Chisel Plough

TUMOSAN Chisel Plough loosens the soil without turning it over. With their double helix winding, the square tines with spring vibrate in the soil thus serve to prepare the desired seedbed quickly. Since the framework is high and the distance between the tines are long, no blockage is experienced during stubble tillage. The narrow-tines or sweep-openers can be successfully used in heavy and weedy soil conditions during stubble tillage or loosening the soil in the spring. The working depth of the cultivators, which are produced with two or three rows depending on demand, varies between 25-40 cm. With its 3-point hitch system and two-row narrow cultivators, it is possible to cultivate all the sections of the vineyards, citrus gardens, and the olive groves. The roller and the landing legs are available optionally. TUMOSAN Chisel Plough loosens and blends the soil at the tillage depth without turning it over. It blends the stubble and plant residuals, and fertilizer in the most suitable way. Since they partly stay on the soil surface, they also provide a good protective cover against water and wind erosion. The spiral tines with the square cross-section are made from the heat-treated tempered steel. Thanks to its special form, it has the vibration feature.

Super Cultivator

TÜMOSAN produced the Super Spring Cultivator and the Rotary Crumbler combination in parallel with the technological developments in preparing the seedbed. Hydraulic cylinders are placed to easily transport the large tools wider than 3.5-meter on the road and to ensure opening of the side wings while operating. The machine can be used to prepare the seedbed, smoothening the field surface, mixing the fertilizer to the soil, stubble tillage, weeding tillage between the rows. The spring tines are made from the heat-treated tempered steel. Thus, it has the vibration feature in the operating conditions.

Spring Cultivator Rotary Crumbler Combination

TÜMOSAN produced the Cultivator and the Rotary Crumbler combination in parallel with the technological developments in preparing the seedbed. The desired work depth is achieved precisely using this new tool. It protects the soil and prevents erosion. It increases moisture retention and water intake capacity. Several functions can be fulfilled for the unit work width at the same time by consuming the minimum amount of diesel. It is very effective in weeding. It prepares the ideal environment for the seed germination and shooting. TÜMOSAN cultivators have vibrating tines and a rotary harrow following them. Thus the seedbed is prepared by tilling evenly and with the same depth. The cultivators are diversified according to the needs of the Turkish farmers and their work widths vary up to 3.35 meters. Flat-sectioned spring tines are made of special heat-treated steels for spring. Therefore the tines have vibration feature in working conditions.
