The variable speed gearbox with 540, 540E, or 1000 rpm gets its power from the tractor’s power-take-off shaft and it allows changing the rotation speed of the blades in various options using interchangeable gears in the transmission, thus, ensures efficient crumbling and mixing.

TÜMOSAN Fixed Rotary Tiller is a secondary tillage machine used especially in fields, orchards, and gardens for preparing seedbeds, and stubble-plowing. It is an environmentally friendly, versatile and long-lasting machine that mixes plant residues and organic fertilizer to the soil, helps to increase the humus in the soil and does not need chemical weeding since it weeds mechanically. The transmission of the power from the power-take-off shaft to the blades is made using the gearbox. Therefore, it saves more power and fuel compared to the chain system. The milling blades contact with the soil surface vertically, crumbling, mixing, and crushing the soil. It ensures a water-air balance by creating a loose environment in the soil. Thanks to the protection cover made from the sheet iron at the rear, it makes the springing soil is crumbled again and prevents it from harming the surroundings. The machine shaft has a safety mechanism and it prevents the tractor or the machine from being damaged in case of any stone or root gets stuck into the machine.
