Vertical Feed Mixer

The vertically operating auger system ensures grinding and cutting of round and square bales thanks to the specially designed blades made from special alloys and it blends with other rough and thick feed homogenously.

Thanks to the special design of auger and the body, there are no passive points on the machine and therefore no feed remains in the bucket after discharge. This special design with its durable transmission box system requires much lower power. Thanks to electronic digital scale system available optionally, the feed loaded in the machine may be weighed with high precision and ratios are prepared correctly.

 

Horizontal Feed Mixer
With its robust, strong and reliable structure and easy usage, TÜMOSAN Horizontal Feed Mixer has been designed to make a homogenous mix of a wide variety of animal feeds and to distribute this mixture to the animals. It is possible to find a Horizontal Feed Mixer with TÜMOSAN quality and the privilege in the capacity suitable for all kinds of small, medium, and large-scale enterprises. The Horizontal Feed Mixer gets its power from the tractor via a support shaft and it is carried by the tractor using the drawbar. The gears located on the front side of the machine transmit the motion to the augers by rotating them reversely. When the machine is stable, various materials are loaded into the container using the dipper located at the back and they are mixed with augers.

And also, the grinding process is performed by using numerous blades located on the augers. The mixed materials are discharged in the animal feeders at the desired quantity from the side of the machine by means of a pallet transmitter powered by a hydraulic motor. Thanks to electronic digital scale system available optionally, the feed loaded in the machine may be weighed with high precision and ratios are prepared correctly.
